Delivery:
All delivery rates are shown on each products description.
Where there are multiple purchases we will combine the postage and packaging wherever possible.
We try to ship our products as securely and cost effecively as possible by using a mix of Royal mail, Parcelforce and TNT.
Collections:
Collections can be made in person anytime monday to friday, just let us know.
Some items are drop shipped from manufacturer to the customer.
Ness Offroad returns policy:
Ness Offroad will consider returns that are received in the original packaging in new, unused condition.
There will be a 10% restocking fee, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Return authorization must be made prior to sending the Item back to Ness Offroad.
